Refund policy

01Engagement terms
Project fees, payment schedules and cancellation terms are defined in the signed statement of work. If this policy conflicts with that agreement, the statement of work controls.
02Work completed
Fees for work completed, approved expenses and committed third-party costs are not refundable. Any prepaid amount covering work not yet performed will be handled according to the statement of work.
03Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement as described in its statement of work. We will provide any agreed transition materials and reconcile outstanding fees and prepaid amounts.
04If InfoTechiezz cannot deliver
If we are unable to continue an engagement, we will notify the client promptly and refund any prepaid fees for work not performed, subject to the signed statement of work.
05How to request one
Email admin@infotechiezz.com with the project name and relevant invoice or statement of work. We will review the request under the applicable agreement.
