Projects
- How quickly can you start?
- Usually within three weeks. Discovery can often start sooner, because it needs one senior engineer rather than a full squad.
- Who owns the code?
- You do, from the first commit. The repository, the infrastructure definitions and the documentation transfer in full.
- Do you work fixed-price?
- Yes, after a paid discovery. Quoting a fixed price without discovery produces a number that protects us, not you.
Delivery & support
- How do you estimate a project?
- We begin with discovery to clarify requirements, risks and success measures. From there we recommend a fixed scope or a dedicated team, with transparent assumptions.
- Can you work with our existing team and systems?
- Yes. We integrate with your workflows, codebase and release practices, and can deliver a complete product or augment your engineering team.
- What happens after launch?
- We provide documented handover and can continue with support, maintenance or further product development under an agreed engagement.
